What songs motivate you to do better in life?
It depends on what you are basing their popularity on it because if it's based on influence, I'll go with Davido because of his family's connection but when I talk about talent, I believe that Burna Boy is way ahead of him.
-
What’s the weirdest place you’ve ever listened to the radio?
The night is usually cool and that's one of the best times to enjoy listening to music on any platform. It can be on radio or any streaming services.
-
Do Lyrics Still Matter?
On streaming services, fans can't upload anything but on Google, they can become anyone can upload anything on a website they have access to publish any content. For instance, if I decide to post the lyrics of a song on this forum which I wrote down while listening to the song, if the management team haven't uploaded anything official on any streaming services, when someone searches online for that song's lyrics and if this forum ranks well on Google, they are going to see the lyrics I posted.

Does Music Influence the Paranormal?
For believers, it's said that whenever they are singing praises to God, the heavens opens up in a way they have direct access to God. Some people go to the extent to say that they feel God's presence within their midst at that point.
-
Who is your favorite music artist of all time?
I haven't listened to any song my his son. He's more busy on social media platforms chasing clout as far as I'm concerned. It's why I don't take him seriously the way I did with his father.
-
Do you like playing music without a headphone?
It's why I wouldn't waste any time and report the person immediately to the appropriate authorities to have him dealt with.
-
What's your favorite streaming app?
I'm having a problem with renewing my YouTube Music subscription. I keep getting an error message - item is not available for purchase. I've sent their support an email, hopefully I'll hear from them soon.

Are you watching any TV series at the moment?
I think that from the first Power TV show, they have released about 3-4 different stand-alone seasons. This one I'm currently watching is the latest one.
-
The Last Movie You Watched (and What You Thought)
The Conjuring: Last Rites was the last movie I watched. If you're a fan of horror movies, there's no way you wouldn't be familiar with the conjuring franchise.

PC vs Console – The Eternal Debate
You're absolutely right. This is why most people who play video games on PC find it very difficult switching over to playing on consoles because of the extras they can do on PC.

D4vd Officially Named A Suspect In Death Of Celeste Rivas
In September, a dead body was found in the trunk of a Tesla parked in a Hollywood tow yard that was registered to the 20-year-old singer d4vd. The body was identified as the 15-year-old Celeste Rivas who had been missing since April 2024 and had the same tattoo as d4vd. An old demo of d4vd's called "Celeste" recirculated, and the victim's mother said David was her boyfriend's name. Now, d4vd has officially been named as a suspect. O2 Arena London Apologizes For Confiscating Lorde Concertgoers’ Palestine Shirts
Considering Lorde has quite literally yelled "free fucking Palestine" mid-song during her Ultrasound world tour, I don't think she has an issue when fans show up to her shows wearing Palestine shirts. And yet, at the singer's show at London's O2 Arena Sunday night, two attendees had shirts reading "Palestine" confiscated by venue security, who said they were in violation of venue policy. Bob Dylan Fanpage Creator Says It Got Him Banned From Glasgow Show
Last year Daniel Hildebrand started Daily Dylan, a series of social media accounts devoted to Bob Dylan fandom. The account has more than 55,000 followers on Instagram and 48,000 on Facebook; there's also a Daily Dylan presence on Twitter, Bluesky, and Substack, plus occasional podcasts. The account posts setlists and aggregates live video (with credit) from other non-professional accounts, and it does not appear to be monetized in any way. However, he says recirculating live photos and videos from Dylan's tour got him removed from a recent Dylan show. New Pornographers Announce Tour, Give First Interview Since Ex-Drummer’s Arrest
The New Pornographers were blindsided by an extremely unfortunate turn of events in April when Joe Seiders, who had been the power-pop group's drummer for the past decade, was arrested on charges including possession of child pornography. The band immediately severed ties with Seiders and has mostly stayed off the radar since then, save for some Substack posts from frontman A.C. Newman. Today, Newman has given his first interview since the Seiders debacle, and the New Pornographers have announced plans to get back on the road. Kneecap – “No Comment” (Feat. Sub Focus)
It’s been an extremely busy year for Kneecap, and it’s not over yet. When the Belfast dance-rap trio released their last single “Sayōnara” in September, group member Mo Chara was still facing wildly overstated terrorism charges in London. That case has since been thrown out, and now Kneecap have come back with a new Irish-language… The post Kneecap – “No Comment” (Feat. Sub Focus) appeared first on Stereogum. View the full article

YHWH Nailgun – “Weaving” (LEYA Cover)
Earlier this year, the experimental New York rock band YHWH Nailgun impressed a whole lot of people with their debut album 45 Pounds. Since then, they’ve played a whole lot of festivals and built their name up a bunch more. Now, they’ve shared a very different version of “Weaving,” a track that the New York… The post YHWH Nailgun – “Weaving” (LEYA Cover) appeared first on Stereogum. View the full article

American Head Charge Frontman Resurfaces To Discuss Addiction Struggle With Soft White Underbelly
The YouTube channel Soft White Underbelly features interviews with "people who are frequently invisible in society—the unhoused, the sex worker, the chronic drug user, the runaway, the gang member, the poor and the sick." A new episode on the channel posted three days ago features Cameron Heacock, former frontman of the Minneapolis nu-metal band American Head Charge. In the 45-minute interview, Heacock's first public appearance in seven years, he discusses his current life: unhoused, living on the streets of Los Angeles, addicted to fentanyl. Album Of The Week: Sharp Pins Balloon Balloon Balloon
Kai Slater is obsessed with the past. For those of us who share his interests, that's working out splendidly. Slater, a 21-year-old Chicago singer-songwriter, first gained renown as a member of Lifeguard, a trio whose noisy, melodic post-punk songs turn '70s and '80s classics into rocket fuel. He dresses like a mod dandy and publishes a handmade zine titled for NEU!'s krautrock classic "Hallogallo." It's not just that he devours the stylistic palette of the 20th century underground; he's also keeping the flame for its DIY ethos, gritty and grounded in community. Oxis Announces New Album Oxis 8: Hear “Guili”
Oxis only began putting her music out on Bandcamp in 2023, but it’s been a busy couple of years: The maritime-minded producer, who just wrapped up a tour supporting Magdalena Bay, is already about to release her eighth full-length album. At the end of this week, Oregon-based singer-songwriters Haley Heynderickx and Max García Conover will release their second collaborative album, What Of Our Nature. Geese Play Covers-Only Set With Songs By The Stooges, Leonard Cohen, Pink Floyd, & More
Geese's new album Getting Killed is undoubtedly awesome, but in this economy, you don't become the buzziest band in Brooklyn just by putting out an awesome album. Amid the Getting Killed hype, Cameron Winter and company have also earned a reputation for their covers over the past few months, whether they're doing a Springsteen hit for an Xbox commercial or going viral for a live studio rendition of New Radicals' "You Get What You Give." Geese are playing a pair of proper hometown shows later this week, but first, they took over Manhattan's famed Blue Note Jazz Club last night for an intimate set that featured no Geese songs at all. Welcome To Rockville Unveils 2026 Lineup With My Chemical Romance, Guns N’ Roses, Foo Fighters, More
We're getting a lot of 2026 festival lineups today. Daytona Beach's Welcome To Rockville fest isn't the best of them, but it's almost certainly the biggest. Welcome To Rockville might be the king of what's known in certain circles as the racetrack festivals -- the ones with lineups built on metal and on the kind of stuff that gets played on active-rock radio. These festivals are big, and they bring in tons of acts. Next year's Welcome To Rockville will come to the Daytona International Speedway May 7-10, and it'll feature a lineup that includes stadium-sized headliners My Chemical Romance, Guns N' Roses, the Foo Fighters, and Bring Me The Horizon.
