Watch The Trailer For Charli XCX’s A24 Movie The Moment
It's not easy bein' Brat green. Early this year, as Brat Summer was seemingly simmering down at last, Charli XCX announced she was working on a movie for A24 called The Moment, starring herself and based on her own idea. (It's just one of many film-related projects she's been cooking up lately.) Now the teaser trailer is here, and personally, it's getting me excited to see the full thing, which will be out in theaters Jan. 30. Florida Black Metal Freaks Worm Announce New Album Necropalace, Share 12-Minute Title Track
A couple of years ago, Tomb Mold guitarist Derrick Vella’s ambitiously progged-out side project Dream Unending released Starpath, a split LP with the gothy, over-the-top Miami black metal band Worm. Before that record, I must confess that I was unfamiliar with Worm’s game. But I liked what I saw in them — dramatic keyboards, splintered… The post Florida Black Metal Freaks Worm Announce New Album Necropalace, Share 12-Minute Title Track appeared first on Stereogum. Do you like listening to worship songs?
I'm not a deity or an atheist, so I do enjoy listening to worship songs. Sundays are my favourite when it comes to streaming worship songs because it's the sabbath day.

What do you think of Ozzy as a music icon?
I'll put in almost the same category as Pink Floyd because he's that good. I enjoy listening to so many of his songs. My personal favourite of his would be Mr. Crowley (1980). It's a dark and dramatic song powered by one of the greatest guitar solos in metal history.

Does music help you cope with stress?
Rap and Hip hop are my favourite genre to listen to most of the time. Recently, I'm listening to the new album of Meek Mill, Tee Grizzley, NF and Lil Baby.

Have you ever called into a radio show or been part of a live broadcast?
If I ever worked in a radio station, I would create a programme where anyone can call to seek out reconnecting with their old friends whom they are no longer in contact with and also another programme to ask for forgiveness from those one wronged but no longer have access to meet them face to face to say sorry.

Do Lyrics Still Matter?
No, not at all. There's no way a fan can upload the lyrics of a song on Spotify. They can't have access to the backend of streaming app to do it.
-
What’s the weirdest place you’ve ever listened to the radio?
I can always make out time and sit under the sky in night to enjoy listening to my favourite radio stations. As long as the environment is conducive, I can stay out until 11pm to 12am enjoying my time outside.

What songs motivate you to do better in life?
The only problem I have with Bruna Boy is that he's a self centered human being. He doesn't like helping other young upcoming artists to grow.

Major Labels Strike Landmark Deal To License Catalogs For AI Music Startup
It doesn't matter if nobody actually wants AI music; the major labels are still going to push it on us. Reuters reports that Universal Music Group, Sony Music, and Warner Music Group, the three currently extant major-label umbrella groups, have all negotiated a licensing deal with an AI music streaming startup called Klay. That means that Klay is the first AI music streaming service to come to deals with all three major labels, and the company now can now train its model on tens of thousands of recordings. IDLES & Sleaford Mods Blokes Make Up
I am glad that they've decided to bury the hatchet. I don't know if I am the only one who doesn't enjoy these musicians having serious beef as it ruins certain collaborations which would have made them create awesome songs for the people.

Spotify has to do much more if they are looking at gaining the trust of these artists. The artists wants to be rewarded for their efforts and if Spotify is not offering that, I think these guys will have to try tjr alternatives around.
