I had a can of yoghurt last night and it was because I needed to get some energy as the day was hectic. I have also decided not to be drinking lots of carbonated drinks at the moment for health reasons and that's the reason I avoid drinking Coke right now.

Homemade clove tea is what I just drank now. I always take a glass of it whenever I wake up in the morning and also before going to bed. It helps to boost immune system and detox.

Greek yoghurt is what I'm currently drinking now. It's very good for the gut which is why I never miss out on drinking it at least 3x in a week.

I'm currently drinking homemade beet root juice. I drink it from time to time for managing my blood pressure and it also helps lower the risk of heart disease and stroke as well as helping to detoxify the liver and promote bile production.
