We all have our different lifestyles and finding a balance between when to listen to music and when not to could be challenging for a lot of people. When it comes to finding a balance between when to listen to music so it doesn't impact how you live your everyday life, how do you do it?

Music doesn't interfere in my lifestyle to be frank. I play music every day because it's something I enjoy doing. Using Spotify makes it very easy for me stream music whenever and wherever I'm in the mood.

The only time when I don't play music is when I'm at work but I can switch it up during my break time. If I get home, as long as it's not going to disturb my daughter, I'll keep playing songs until I want to sleep.

I believe it is the same thing for almost everyone when it comes to not being allowed to play music at work. It's only those playing music at work is part of their day's job activities that are allowed to do so.

I balance music and everyday life by listening when it fits, like while traveling, exercising or doing chores. I also take quiet breaks sometimes. Music makes life more fun, but I make sure it doesn’t stop me from working, spending time with friends, or handling my responsibilities.
