Honestly, it's not easy at all for most of the artist to keep up with inspiration. Some days, I just stare at my laptop for hours, nothing would come out 😩. What helps me is taking breaks or I go watch random skits, stroll Tiktok a little, or even gist with my friends. Sometimes I force myself to start with anything, even nonsense, and from there the inspiration builds up gradually.

I am sure most of the artists have what they do when the inspiration drops. It has become a routine for them and once they are struggling with getting inspired, they will definitely figure out what to do to stay creative.
