I remember one time on my friend’s podcast, he tried to hold his breath during a countdown by 20 seconds and he started making strange sounds 😂. For me, I can try 30 seconds max before I start to see stars. 😂But those radio guys can actually talk nonstop without catching their breath.

It has become their job to speak for long without taking a break. I wouldn't be trying such at all because I would want to catch a breath when I am talking, please.
